Compare the whole offer · 13 September 2026
What a session fee does—and doesn’t—tell you
Two prices can describe very different services. Put the inclusions beside the fee before deciding which offer fits your budget.
First, make the units match
Is the price for one session, one week or a package? How long is each session? In partner training, is it the total for both people or the cost per person? Write the answer next to each quote.
To compare a package, divide its total price by the number of included sessions. That tells you the effective session price, but only if you can use all the sessions within the conditions.
Ask what is included
- The number and duration of coached sessions.
- A program for training between sessions.
- Live feedback, message support and progress reviews.
- Gym membership or casual entry.
- Mobile travel, equipment or app fees.
Ask the trainer to distinguish included support from optional extras. A lower session price may work well for you; so might a broader service. The useful question is which parts you will use.
Look at the commitment
A package discount is only useful if the schedule and terms fit. Check the payment timing, minimum commitment, expiry date, cancellation notice, pause policy and refund terms before paying.
Make a simple quote record
For each trainer, record: total payable, sessions included, session length, additional fees and expiry. Add one line for anything still unclear. Ask for written confirmation so you can compare the same information across your shortlist.
Why we don’t show a national average
Session length, coaching format, location and inclusions all vary. This directory does not collect enough comparable, current quotes to publish a defensible average. Trainer websites may also change prices. We direct you to the provider for a current quote.
